At the helm is the founder Jake Wiebe, a seasoned pro with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Jake started by assembling a phenomenal crew of carpenters who embody his commitment to excellence. Richard Hildebrand leads this skilled team, alongside John Hildebrand, Jairett Dueck and Massio Epp. This core group quickly established Level Up Builders’ reputation for providing the best workmanship, taking immense pride in every project they undertake. The early success of the company is built upon its dedication to precision, quality craftsmanship, and client satisfaction.
Fast forward to the spring of 2025, and Jake Wiebe is taking Level Up Builders to the next level. With a solid foundation built on the impeccable work of his carpentry crew, Jake set out to expand the business by offering custom home design and building services. This strategic move allows Level Up Builders to provide a comprehensive, start-to-finish experience for clients looking to bring their dream homes to life.
Jake enlisted Arthur Krahn to lead this new initiative. Arthur, a Red Seal Carpenter, leverages his expertise and 3D design software experience to help clients develop their ideas into comprehensive plans throughout the design process.
